Deposit, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that life happens, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. This gives us the chance to offer your spot to someone else on our waitlist.
Reschedules or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited, and a new one will be required to rebook.
Reschedules or cancellations are super easy - you can do this via Fresha, by calling the clinic, leaving a message, or emailing info@blushaesthetics.com.au
Any same-day cancellations, reschedules or no-shows will incur 100% treatment value.
Right of refusal
We maintain the right to refuse anyone’s treatment for any reason that we see fit.

It is the client's responsibility to read our 'Preparation + Aftercare' & 'Treatment Considerations' on our website prior to treatment and ensure they understand it's content. All pre and post care information must be followed.
